Yes, 10/10 Customer Service. After ordering, I contacted the seller to request a second insert, but to my surprise the extra insert was provided free of charge, which was very generous. The delivery service was excellent and the 4-5 week estimated delivery time given on the website was spot on. You guys did a great job! Can’t thank you enough! I will be buying another doll soon.
