Yes, a happy customer. We sent several emails back and forth to make sure that my doll had the correct makeup as I had seen in some of the videos. The salesperson took the time to explain the details of how lighting, etc. in the photos and videos affected the makeup I was seeing. Of course, since this was my first purchase, I wasn’t quite sure if I should take it for granted, but I can happily say that I was very pleased when both heads arrived.
